The beauty of a BS in English and an MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion is that I can combine the potency of fitness with the power of words. I love being a health fitness professional and can never seem to turn it off. I pride myself on being a feminine tomboy. As a fitness instructor, I can utilize the rhythm of music for a sweat session in the spin room and kickboxing class. As a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I’m on a personal mission to re-energize the training world and their reputation as professionals. A relationship between a trainer and client is one of humility, trust and intimacy. I’m honored to be given the chance to help someone regain their health.

As a female doing everything I can to help women recognize their strength, I use my own experience in the weight room and all the knowledge I can get from highly respected leaders in the industry to change the face of fitness.With a background as a Precision Nutrition L1 Coach, I value to ability to balance nutrition and sanity. It’s not about being skinny. It’s not about being ripped. It’s not about making exercise your number one priority. It’s about being strong, confident and balanced. You have every right to feel your best and look damn going while you’re at it.
